Problems we’ve found

1. Facing problems with regular life works so want to manage people who can do the household and other services.

2. Difficult to find and manage people who is providing services that the user is looking for.

3. Facing difficulties and confusing onboarding for user who landed on the app for first time.

4. Booking and lack of payment plan for user who is looking for planned services.

Solutions we came up with

1. Easy and directional onboarding that will help ensure that users feel confident and comfortable.

2. Directional and Intuitive design for Entire booking for the user to book and pay easily.

3. Flexible payment options for users to select they payment system accordingly.

4. Personalized user journey for user to understand their overall booking process to keep them attached.

Findings from usability testing

DoorHub, a household service app designed to make booking and managing household services easier and more convenient. In this section, we will be presenting the results of usability testing conducted with six users of the DoorHub app. Our aim was to identify any areas of the app that could be improved to enhance the user experience and make the app more user-friendly.
